Shipping & Refunds

Shipping for B Inspired Merchandise…Flat Rate Shipping is $7.99 on all Domestic orders and $18.99 Flat Rate shipping for Canada .

Some of our suppliers take about 5-10 business days to create our B Inspired Collections apparel products (Graphic Tees/Print on Demand) as well as well as some bath and body items due to it's natural ingredients and 5-7 business days for B Inspired Collections non-apparel products. We have several suppliers for our products and each suppliers shipping times varies for each supplier. Please allow up to 3-5 days for order processing before shipped. You will receive an email once item is shipped.
97.66% of our orders by our suppliers are shipped within 5-7 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 5 business days or less. However we do have some suppliers who can take a little bit longer due to processing, Please allow ample time for order processing and shipping.
We currently only ship within USA & Canada ONLY. 
**SOME ITEMS DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA, ONLY WITHIN USA. It will be specified in product details.
Order authorization* and packaging. Time frames depend on your order and how quickly products are expected to be ready to leave warehouses. Usually, orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse processes orders, which takes an additional 3–5 business days**.
**Please note that B Inspired Boutique is not responsible for any items that are out of stock through our suppliers. 
There are times that by the time an order is placed the item may become out of stock in the warehouse in which case you will be notified via email and will receive a refund of your purchase. There are absolutely NO Refunds after item has been shipped.
B Inspired Boutique does not assume the responsibility for shipping delays or damages as a result of the USPS/UPS ground or any shipping services or if your package arrives damaged or delivered to wrong address due to USPS/UPS error, B Inspired Boutique is NOT responsible and for these type of issues regarding the delivery of your shipment, you will need to file a claim with USPS/UPS directly. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via the carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service that you purchase from USPS/UPS/Fed Ex along with your order, any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier.  If an order is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to contact your local carrier to resolve the issue or file a missing package claim.
In most cases you will receive an invoice via email. Be sure to always include a valid email when ordering so we can ensure proper delivery of your invoice.
Orders: Important Info
It is very important that you know that orders may or may not arrive in one shipment because they are shipped from different warehouses. There are several reasons why your shipment may be split up.  One reason is that a lot of our items come from different warehouses in different areas, different states, one Item that you purchase may be shipped from our Florida warehouse and another from our Los Angeles warehouse which will also differ in your shipment arrival times. This is the reason for some orders with multiple items arrive separately.
Orders with in stock items and custom items may ship separately.
After processing and leaving the warehouse, most items take between 5 and 7 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time depending on weather conditions. 
* Expected delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sometimes weather can delay delivery.

  • Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address and a card will be left if you are not in. Please contact the courier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.
**All our products are from the USA and shipped in the USA and Canada via our warehouses, suppliers and fulfillment centers from Florida, Los Angeles, Texas as well as a several other states. We do not at this time ship internationally.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and sent to our warehouses for shipment within 24 Hrs to 3 business days from when the order is placed.  We do not process orders on Holidays or weekends.
We do not offer refunds on any items unless an item is Out of Stock.
Under certain circumstances
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds except if an item is out of stock at the time of purchase.

Special Refunds (if applicable for certain circumstances)
If applicable depending on the case is received and inspected within 30 days of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you if you are approved or rejected for a refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
